2024 Wastewater Facility Plan Comment Period

The District's 2024 Wastewater Facility Plan was submitted to IDEQ in July of 2024.
The official public comment period for the Wastewater Facility Plan does not open until after IDEQ has accepted the plan. This is standard practice.
IDEQ has not provided CSD with any sort of timeline. Upon acceptance, notice and instructions on how to view and comment on the plan will be posted to the website and emailed to our subscribers.
